Reservation Deposit:   £150 ($200) minimum (or £150 ($200) per week) to be applied to your stay

Security Deposit:      When payment is by credit card, a £150($250) hold is placed on the credit card provided
by the guest on the day of check in and is released after a satisfactory report has been received from the Management Company.

Pool Heat  Yes           Pool heating is available at a $25 per day (4 day minimum) charge plus tax.  If your stay is longer than 7 nights the charge reduces to $20 per day plus tax.  Pool heat needs to be requested prior to your arrival or a switch on fee of $25 will be added.

I will be paying the required amounts by Credit Card  payable in US dollars drawn on a bank in the USA.  Amount to be paid by Credit Card  Balance of rental amount is due 35 days before arrival.

By submitting this form, we are agreeing to reserve for the above dates, have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions
