• Reservation Deposit.  A 50% reservation deposit is required to reserve the home.

• Cancellation.  The 50% reservation deposit is forfeited if a reservation is canceled
  less than 30 days prior to arrival.

• Security Deposit.  If payment is by credit card, a £150($250) hold is placed on the credit card
  provided by the guest on the day of check in and is released after a satisfactory report has 
  been received from the Management Company. 

• Full Balance Due.  Full balance is due 35 days prior to arrival.  For reservations made less 
  than 30 days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made

• Pool Heating. Pool heating is available at a $25 per day (4 day minimum) charge plus tax.  If your stay is longer than 4 nights the charge reduces to $20 per day plus tax.  Pool heat needs to be requested prior to your arrival or a switch on fee of $25 will be added. 

• Check In Time is 4:00 p.m.  Check Out Time is 10:00 a.m.

• Accepted Credit Cards.  Acceptable credit cards are MasterCard, VISA and DiscoverCard  

  Administrative Fee.  A $50 administrative fee will be charged for changes made to a confirmed reservation.

  Pets.  Sorry, NO pets are allowed in the home.

  Smoking.  Smoking is not allowed inside the home.  Our home is a no smoking home, although we do not mind smoking outside in the patio area or surrounding areas.  Any smoke damage will be deducted from your security deposit.  Security deposit is refunded within 28 days of departure.

  Family Travel.  We understand traveling with family and will help out in any way we can.  There is a full time management company for your assistance while you are at the home.
